Hello. On your knees. :)

BEDS #1 - Hello & Phatic Talk.

MeWell hi there. Like MANY others, I have decided to waste time in your lives and space on your Tumblr / blog feeds to write about myself, life and other random shit. I’ll try and post everyday (as the title suggests) but to be honest who gives a crap if i miss out on a day or two? Not me.

So, I guess you know a little bit about me already if you’re reading this on Tumblr or have followed the link from Twitter or somewhere else. I’m Alex, that’s me on the right hand side. I’m 18 years old, staying on for a third year of sixth form (college) and I’m a third generation YouTuber. I like going out with friends to pubs, clubs and the cinema; i like meeting new people and working on projects that fill my time. I’m not the best writer in the world so don’t expect Becky (http://tikken.wordpress.com/) style blog from me - we’ll just see what happens.

I am not to sure what to talk about in this first blog, so I’ll continue to chat shite. Right now I’m about to start getting ready to go out with my friends to a casino and then student oriented club. I’ve got some randoms Spotify playlist on and a can of Relentless that someone left at mine after a party in my hand, nice start. When i told my mum that i was meeting some of those friends outside the casino at 10:30pm she replied “fucking hell, what time are you coming back tonight?!”, to which i replied “tonight? LOLno”. There’s a big part of me that feels a bit wrong going out for the evening at the same time that my mum goes to bed (the joys of being a “young adult”, eh?).

I’m going to end this now with something that i will try and do everyday. It’s inspired by a Heather Small song and has been something that i ask my friends, family and followers all the time. So thanks for reading and I’ll catch you all on the flipside!

What have you done today to make you feel proud?
Today I am going to a local student oriented club that I’ve wanted to go to since i was about 14. People used to talk about it at my school as if it were home of the Gods. Now we’re all grown up it doesn’t seem so great (but I’m still secretly quite excited!).
